Local Pickup Information

Local Pickup Availability

For certain products, local pickup is allowed at our shipment warehouse location. Local Pickup shipping option will be available for selection in the checkout page for those products.

We only accept Interac e-Transfer as payment method for local pickup. If you want to pay by credit card, please choose other shipping methods.

Please make sure you are able to come to the pickup location within the business hours before choosing the Local Pickup shipping option.

Other Important Information

After you order is processed, we will send you a confirmation email with detail pickup instructions. Please do not come to pickup location before receiving this confirmation email. Please follow the instructions in the email to pick up your order. Photo IDs and signature are required for all pickup.

Processing time for in-stock items is 2-3 business days. Processing time for special order items varies. Please contact us to confirm the time.

After pickup is confirmed and available, we would hold the order items for 10 business days at the pickup location.

We would generally only release order items to the person recorded in the billing address of the order. If you would like to arrange another person to pick up the order, please indicate it clearly with that person’s full name in the Order Notes section of the checkout page, or contact us at least 1 business day before picking up the order.

Order items that have not been picked up after 10 business days will be restocked. Refund is available but is subject to 20% restocking fee. Please contact us at support@jancaworkshop.com for more information.
