Shipping Policy
After your order is processed and shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number and link for your shipment. To find the up to date status of your shipment, please go to the shipping company tracking page and use the tracking number to find out the location and status of your shipment. If your order has passed the estimated shipment date, and you do not have tracking information, please contact us at support@jancaworkshop.com or through our Contact Form.
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.
The processing time varies based on the items you buy.
- In-stock items: 1-3 business days.
- Special order items: time varies. Please contact us to confirm the time.
- Downloadable items: 1-2 business days (to be available for download)
Local Pickup Policy
Please make sure you can come to the pickup location to pick up your order within the order holding period. Please check out our Local Pickup Information page for details.
After you order is processed, we will send you a confirmation email with detail pickup instructions. Please do not come to pickup location before receiving this confirmation email. Please follow the instructions in the email to pick up your order. Photo IDs and signature are required for all pickup.
Generally, we will only release order items to the person recorded in the billing address of the order. If you arrange another person to pick up the order, please indicate it clearly with that person’s full name in the Order Notes section of the checkout page, or contact us at least 1 business day before picking up the order.
Processing time for in-stock items is 2-3 business days. Processing time for special order items varies. Please contact us to confirm the time.
Exchange / Return and Refund Policy
Within 14 days from the actual delivered date of your order, you are eligible for return and refund.
Before returning the item, you need to obtain an authorization from us. Please contact us at support@jancaworkshop.com or through our Contact Form. An authorization code is needed to accompany with all returned items.
To qualify for a return and refund, the item returned must be unused and in the same condition that you received, in original packaging.
Downloadable items cannot be refunded.
‘Final Sale’ items cannot be returned.
Original shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable.
You are responsible to pay the shipping costs for returning the item. You should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed. The refund will be made via the same payment method that as used for your initial purchase. You will receive the refund confirmation via email once the return has been completed.
Change / Cancel Order
If you change your mind and want to cancel / change your order, please contact us at support@jancaworkshop.com or through our Contact Form within 6 hours after placing your order. Cancel order are subject to processing fee of 5% of the payment amount.
